A Message from the Director — Ahmed ABBOU

Dear parents and visitors,

It is with great pride that I welcome you to Groupe Scolaire Les Lumières. Since its foundation in 2004, our school has pursued a clear mission: to offer every child a reassuring, stimulating and ambitious environment in which to learn, grow and flourish with confidence.

Our educational project is built on project-based learning and a skills-based approach. We go beyond sharing knowledge to nurture curious, independent and responsible minds. Trilingual education — French as the main teaching language, Arabic from the first preschool year and English from the final preschool year — and Singapore Maths give our pupils strong, lasting foundations.

A school is more than its curriculum. At Les Lumières, school life includes theatre, music, choir, cinema club and visual arts. Throughout the year, pupils take part in cross-country races, spring celebrations, carnival and school fairs, building teamwork, creativity and the joy of learning together.

Our vision looks to the future: preparing confident, ambitious global citizens who can succeed at high school and in higher education while remaining true to their values. We share this commitment with you, the parents, our closest partners.
